While a route is in flight its header stands in ruled bars measured in line boxes off the same type scale, sized from the route table so a page carrying an actions row reserves one. Nothing on screen moves when the chunk lands.

Deliberately small
No framework routing, no CSS-in-JS, and no cookie banner. What is left is a small React bundle over one token block that carries three surfaces, because the connection it loads on is the constraint that matters.
