Booking, Ordering, and Tools

Booking, ordering, customer accounts, quote forms, and the back-office screens that go with them. Built onto the site and wired into the software you already run.

What you get.

Everything below is part of the work. Nothing here is an upgrade.

  • Booking and Scheduling

A slot booked from a phone at ten at night, on the hours and the services you actually offer.

  • Ordering and Payment

Checkout through Stripe, Square, or PayPal, with the money landing in your account.

  • Quote and Intake Forms

Everything you need to know before you can price a job, asked once and sent straight to you.

  • Customer Accounts

Logins for customers who need to see their bookings, invoices, or history.

  • Tied Into Your Software

Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Toast, and the rest, connected wherever they allow it.

  • Back-Office Screens

A simple screen for you and your staff showing today’s work, not every record you own.

What it does not cover.

You find this out now, not halfway through the work.

  • Replacing What You Run

The tools sit beside Jobber or Housecall Pro. You keep running whatever you run now.

  • Holding Card Numbers

Payments run through Stripe, Square, or PayPal. Card details never sit on the site.

  • A Phone App

Everything is built for the browser, which is what your customers already have open.

  • The Build Price

A tool is quoted on its own. The $1,000 covers the site it is built onto.

How long it takes, and what it runs.

  • How Long It Takes

The site runs two to four weeks. A tool on top of it gets its own timeline, agreed with the quote before any work starts.

  • What It Costs to Run

From $1,000 for the site and from $99 a month to run it, with the tool quoted separately. What a payment processor or a booking system charges is billed by them, not through me.

Pick your trade and the page fills in around it, price included. Or send a message. I read it and answer it myself, usually within the hour.
