Every town gets a page of its own
Listings are grouped by the towns either side of Dayton, and each area has a page of its own, so a search that starts with a place name lands somewhere useful.

The Business
What the business does.
Dylan Jordan is an agent with RE/MAX Excellence, working Dayton, Texas and the towns around it in Liberty County.
The site handles both sides of the trade: buyers searching what is on the market, and sellers looking for what a home is worth.
The Site
What a visitor can do here.
02
Save, then compare
A buyer keeps the homes worth a second look, saves the search that found them, and puts the shortlist side by side before making a call.
03
Questions on the listing itself
A question is asked on the home it is about rather than through a contact form, and the agent answers it in the same place.
04
The agent’s own dashboard
Listings are posted and updated, leads are read, and comments are moderated from a dashboard on the same site, so nothing waits on someone else to publish it.
The Build
How it is put together.
01
Two account types, separated in the database
Row-level policies keep a member account and the agent account apart, so what a visitor can reach is decided by Postgres rather than by which screen they found.
02
Maps that load only when shown
The map library and its tiles are pulled in at the moment a map appears, so a listing list is not paying for a map nobody opened.
03
Prerendered, sitemap and all
The build writes the sitemap, builds the bundle, and renders the routes to static HTML, so a crawler is handed finished markup instead of an empty shell.
