A tool built onto the site is its own piece of work, quoted before it starts.
Mailbox Fees
Business email is set up and moved across here. Google or Microsoft bills you for each mailbox at their own rate.

What is in the $99 a month?
Hosting, daily backups, security, changes whenever you want them, realtime error monitoring, and the organic search work. There is no per-change fee.

Are there setup fees or extras?
No. The two figures are the standard price. Work past them, like a booking system or an ordering flow, is quoted case by case and agreed before it starts.

Is the $99 a month optional?
No. It is what keeps the site online and looked after, so it runs for as long as the site does. There is no annual term to sign, and the figure does not change once it is set. If it does end, the site comes offline; your domain and your content go with you.

Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name, or it stays in the account you already have. If it needs to move, it moves with you.

What happens to the site if I stop the monthly?
It comes down. Hosting, backups, monitoring, and the search work all sit in the monthly, so nothing is paying to keep it up.
