How long does it take?
It depends on what gets built. Something like a sorted inbox can be running in a week or two, and I scope larger systems as one project. Either way you get the dates in writing before any work starts.
What does it cost?
I quote each project on its own and give you the figure in writing after we talk, before anything starts. After that you pay a monthly and I keep it running, and the AI provider bills its usage to an account in your name.
What is it allowed to read, and where does that go?
Your accountsI open the AI accounts in the business’s name, so what it reads and what it costs are yours to see.
Not used for trainingCustomer records are read to do the job and not used to train anyone’s model. The provider settings that say so are set before it reads anything.
