The Work Here
The Strand is Galveston’s harbor-side historic block and the Seawall is ten miles of Gulf front and beach access. They are separate markets with separate searches, and a page that claims both vaguely tends to rank for neither.
Anything seasonal needs hours, prices, and an open-or-closed notice the owner can change from a phone in a minute. A rental books solid in July, sits empty in February, and has hurricane season sitting on the peak of it.
UTMB runs four hospitals and a national laboratory on the island, which is a year-round market the beach calendar never touches. Where a business sells to somebody on that payroll, or to a family visiting somebody in its care, we say so on the page.
